Steadfast Wellness is a professional coaching and wellness practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, leaders, and organizations navigate life's challenges with hope, compassion, and practical support. We provide evidence-informed coaching, leadership development, grief support, consulting, and wellness services designed to foster resilience and lasting growth.

Steadfast Hope is the ministry outreach of Steadfast Wellness. It provides faith-based support, compassionate care, grief companioning, and Christian resources for individuals, families, churches, and communities seeking encouragement and hope from a biblical perspective.

Steadfast Wellness serves clients in the London, Ontario region and also offers virtual services across Ontario and other locations where coaching services are appropriate.

Some services may also be available onsite for organizations, churches, and businesses.

Life coaching helps individuals clarify goals, overcome obstacles, improve confidence, strengthen relationships, and move intentionally toward the future they desire. Coaching focuses on personal growth, accountability, and practical strategies rather than diagnosing or treating mental illness.

Psychotherapy focuses on assessing and treating mental health concerns, emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological conditions.

Yes. Steadfast Wellness partners with businesses, healthcare organizations, churches, and not-for-profit organizations to provide leadership consulting, strategic planning, staff wellness initiatives, compassionate care ministry development, conflict resolution, training, and professional development.

Grief companioning provides compassionate presence, practical support, and a safe space to process loss. Rather than trying to "fix" grief, companioning walks alongside individuals and families as they navigate their unique grief journey.

Yes. Anticipatory grief is common when someone is living with a serious or terminal illness. We support individuals and families before, during, and after the death of a loved one.

End-of-life companioning offers emotional, practical, and compassionate support to individuals facing serious illness and to the family members and caregivers walking alongside them. Services are tailored to each family's unique needs.

Yes. Sarah Tutti, RP (Qualifying), provides psychotherapy through InnerWorks Counselling in London, Ontario.

Appointments, fees, and insurance information for psychotherapy are available directly through InnerWorks Counselling.

Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for psychotherapy services. Because every insurance policy is different, we encourage clients to contact their insurance provider to confirm their individual coverage before their appointment.

Faith-based coaching, prayer, and spiritual conversations are available only when requested by the client.

Absolutely. For clients who desire it, biblical principles, Christian values, prayer, and spiritual reflection can be thoughtfully integrated into coaching, grief support, and companioning services.

Services are always guided by the client's preferences and goals.

Yes. Many coaching and consulting services are available securely online, allowing clients to connect from the comfort of their home or office.

Some services are also available in person.

Most coaching and grief support sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Longer sessions, workshops, retreats, consulting engagements, and end-of-life companioning packages can be arranged as needed.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. We ask that clients provide as much notice as possible if an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled. Our complete cancellation policy will be provided when services are booked.

Customized consulting and end-of-life companioning packages are quoted individually.

Payment details will be provided when your appointment is confirmed. Receipts are issued for all services.
